The Koto x Abodu modular houses have been created in collaboration between UK-based Koto and US-based Abodu as apartments for the Bay Area to increase the availability of rental units for San Jose professionals.
The buildings are positioned as pre-approved apartments that offer 500 square feet of living space that could be erected in backyards and offer property owners with a way to maximize their available land. The dwellings themselves feature a one-bedroom design along with a kitchen, living area and bathroom along with premium finishes throughout to make them a highly desirable space for living.
The Koto x Abodu modular houses are priced at $199,000 and up, and comes as both a housing and rental revenue income solution that shows strong merit for other metropolitan regions as well.
