The MiuMiu Spring/Summer 2011 collection featured pretty silk frocks with a common theme of cartoon patterns as the main focus of each piece of clothing.
Each dress had a big star boldly placed in the middle of the top or bottom skirt. Other pieces showcased a swan or serpent. Nevertheless, the MiuMiu Spring/Summer 2011 collection took full advantage of using busy patterned fabrics to add fun looks for the upcoming spring season.
Implications - Looking through the MiuMiu Spring/Summer 2011 Collection, I'm struck by the playful nature of the line, and the fact that it works so well. MiuMiu manages to maintain the aura of an upscale brand while showing that it isn't afraid to have fun. What more could a fashionista ask for?
