Named after Frodo the Hobbit's mythical chain-link vest, the Mithril Jacket's design and materials allegedly make it impervious to outside harm -- whether you take a tumble or a beating, this coat will remain intact. Moreover, the Kevlar threading adds approximately 50% more weight to the wearer, as well as a degree of warmth.
Before you get any bright ideas, just because it contains Kevlar does not mean the Mithril Jacket is capable of deflecting or absorbing bullets. However, it is wind-resistant, water-repellant and tear-resistant. If that isn't enough for your outdoor adventures, I don't know what is!
