The ARMOR-TEX Jacket is an ultra-protective garment crafted with comfort, versatility and safety in mind to help wearers enjoy impressive capabilities each day. The garment is constructed out of a three-layer material that's breathable and waterproof, which is paired with a vest that's stab and cut-resistant to offer impressive protection from attacks. The flexible carbon fiber armor has an armadillo-inspired profile that measures in at 3.9mm in thickness and has been engineered to offer protection from KR1 and SP1 punctures, which are knives and spikes, respectively.
The ARMOR-TEX Jacket is being launched as part of a Kickstarter campaign and, despite its pro-grade performance capabilities, looks and feels just like a conventional piece of outerwear to accommodate wear on a daily basis.
