Finding inspiration in the bold and classic flavors of Peru, this eatery offers up a creative and contemporary take on authentic dishes from the South American nation. While the dished come from a Peruvian influence, they also take inspiration from Japanese cuisine.
The food featured on the menu comes from chef Stuart Cameron, who spent years researching the flavors and sourcing the ingredients used at Mira restaurant. Dishes like the yuca fries and ensalada de remolacha showcase the beautiful produce sourced for the restaurant, while the numerous ceviche dishes display the plethora of seafood options and fresh Peruvian flavors.
