'Microsoft Designer' is a new tool launched by the tech giant that leverages OpenAI's popular 'DALL-E 2' artificial intelligence software. While DALL-E 2 on its own is capable of generating, editing, and upscaling images, Microsoft will refocus the use case of the AI tool toward professional applications.
