Never Say Die announced a new brand home in downtown Lexington, Kentucky, opening in autumn 2026. The site will feature a two-story micro-distillery, an English-inspired pub and an immersive visitor experience centered on the brand’s transatlantic production story.
The Lexington location will operate under a distilled spirits plant license and showcase Never Say Die’s process of distilling and ageing Bourbon in Kentucky before sending it to England for further maturation. The interior will include limestone-and-oak tasting spaces, a horse racing track-shaped table, a barrel room inspired by a traditional Kentucky rickhouse and regular live-music programming. Visitors will also be able to taste and bottle the forthcoming Double Ocean Bourbon on site.
For consumers, the brand home creates a direct link between Never Say Die’s whiskey, racing heritage and cross-Atlantic identity while adding a new experiential destination to Lexington’s Bourbon tourism scene.
