The Canal Headphones by Michael Lahood Resemble Ear Lobe Channels

While more popular headphone designs tend to opt for the aesthetic look of earbuds or heavy-duty nose cancellation headsets, the Canal Headphones by designer Michael Lahood are actually inspired by the human ear.

The Canal Headphones take inspiration from the shape and form of the ear's inner channels. The ear lobe is filled with twisted channels that interlock to intensify the sounds around you. Two earbuds plug into the ear and are then connected to one another through a series of white tube-like shapes that rest comfortably like a headband over the wearer's head. The headband design allows music lovers to adjust the shape of the headphones to their individual head side. The Canal Headphones allow the sound to amplify as it travels from your music device to your ears.
