The National Geographic PRO Series Metal Detector is capable of detecting objects that are up to 10 feet below the surface. The device works with three detecting modes and four sensitivity levels to make it great for finding metallic objects as well as those that aren't (say, gold jewelry). The device features an LCD in the handle to make augmenting the settings simple during use and is suitable for use by adults or children under supervision.
