The OnLatte Foam Printer

Earlier this year, we featured a coffee printer, but we figured it was time to update that post with this gallery.
OnLatte’s latte foam printer has the modern barista beat. Sure, there’s something to be said about old-fashioned handmade artisan foam designs--that they don’t hold a candle to the precision a machine can create!
Coffee purists shun the idea of a repurposed inkjet printer that essentially makes the artistic barista obsolete. These purists are the sort that don’t mind waiting several minutes for such luxurious craftsmanship. If I’m going to wait, I’d rather wait for foam that depicts a pattern I’ve just sketched on a tablet.
Spurned baristas should now take heart in the fact that it takes some pretty superlative foam to stay nice and fluffy while the printer works its magic.
