Beef Broth Popsicles

Springbone Kitchen's Unusual Meat Popsicle is Made With Healthy Bone Broth

People have been putting all kinds of non-traditional ingredients into their ice pops lately, from caffeine and booze to breakfast cereals, and now there is a meat popsicle too. From Springbone Kitchen, purveyors of artisan bone broth, the beef broth popsicles are a frozen version of a health-restoring soup.

The meat popsicle is a mixture of beef bone broth (a third of a cup), coconut milk, maple syrup, pomegranate juice and raspberry puree. Springbone Kitchen Founder Jonathan Feldman insists you cannot actually taste the beef stock, as it is overwhelmed by the more appealing fruit flavors. As an added bonus, the popsicles are also free of dairy, gluten and soy, with a 100% organic fruit mix and beef that's free range, grass-fed and without antibiotics or hormones.
