Hot Dog-Flavored Popsicles

Oscar Mayer Introduces the Cold Dog Ice Pops with Popbar

Oscar Mayer works together with Popbar, a premium frozen dessert company to create the questionable Cold Dog ice pop snack. It is a unique experience that readies for the summer season -- the Cold Dog is a hot dog-flavored popsicle that is meant to be both refreshing and smokey. It has umami taste notes that are reminiscent of the iconic Oscar Mayer wiener and then topped off with a mustard swirl.

Speaking about the new drop, Anne Field of Oscar Mayer states that “After the overwhelming fan excitement for our beloved Cold Dog, it was a no-brainer to make this hot dog-inspired frozen pop a reality [...] For more than 130 years, Oscar Mayer has been sparking smiles and bringing levity into everyday moments, and we are thrilled to bring fans another wonderfully odd way to enjoy our iconic wiener while beating the summer heat.”
