Rumi Spice collaborated with Afghan and Middle Eastern chefs to create new meal starter spice packets for preparing family meals. These celebrations of Afghan and Middle Eastern cuisine help to make flavorful meals at home when combined with a recommended protein and a few other simple ingredients.
There's the Kofta Spice Mix for pairing with ground lamb or beef so that patties or kebabs can be grilled or pan-fried. This earthy, warming meal starter relies on the flavors of black cumin, coriander, garlic and sumac to bring homemade meals to life. Alongside the Kofta Spice Mix created with Chef Habiba Syed, Rumi Spice also introduced the Koobideh Kebabs Spice Mix, the Shish Taouk Spice Mix and the Tandoori Masala Spice Mix.
