Citrusy Chocolate Sandwich Biscuits

The Maryland S'wich Terry's Chocolate Orange Offers Variety

The Maryland S'wich Terry's Chocolate Orange has been announced by Fox's Burton's Companies (FBC) as a new product development created through a collaboration with Terry's Chocolate to help refresh the sweet biscuit category.

The product consists of two Maryland's signature chocolate chip cookies that are paired with a Terry's Chocolate Orange-flavored creme center. The result is an orange-forward treat that responds to the popularity of citrus chocolates amongst UK consumers who have conventionally associated it with holiday traditions, but have embraced it beyond the winter months. The product is arriving as part of a four-week exclusive at Tesco Group and Cooker locations before a wider launch taking place August 12, 2026.

Chief Sales and Trade Marketing Officer at FBC Jo Harwood spoke on the Maryland S'wich Terry's Chocolate Orange saying, "By partnering with Terry's, Maryland is once again S'wiching up the biscuit aisle. The collaboration is designed to engage both existing fans and new consumers in the chocolate confectionery category, while creating meaningful opportunities to support category growth and sales performance. The launch is also expected to benefit from the seasonal association and pull that Terry's has around Christmas following its initial launch period."
