I’m not quite ready to let go of summer just yet -- even though fall is fast approaching -- and with this five minute Mango Chili Sorbet, I don’t have to. The recipe is simple: all you have to do is throw a few ingredients together in a blender and season with a pinch of salt and some red chili powder for a little zest.
Mango is one of those fruits that can handle a little spice, which I’m sure anyone who’s ever enjoyed a good mango stir-fry or curry already knows.
