While it may be a prototype, the Magnetic Lamp is still predicted to be perfect for everyday use around the house.
Designed by designer duo Jan Willem Hofma and Christoph Seyferth, aka Serener.org, the lamp's magnetized base allows it to be attached to any iron object. This means that it will stay secure if some drunk at a house party tries to knock it down. There's also a steel disc if you want it as a standing lamp and a flexible neck for light adjustments. Functional with a stylish curve, the Magnetic Lamp should be a hit.
