Meteorite Dial Timepiece

The Gerald Charles Maestro 2.0 Meteorite Launches in Two Versions

The Gerald Charles Maestro 2.0 Meteorite is a mechanical wristwatch introduced by Swiss watchmaker Gerald Charles featuring a dial crafted from Muonionalusta meteorite sliced into an ultra-thin plate above a colored base layer. The model is the brand’s first to incorporate a small-seconds display and uses the asymmetric Maestro case architecture in stainless steel with either a Darkblast finish or polished surface. The dial’s radial cut-outs expose a red anodized baseplate on the Darkblast edition and a silver plate beneath the lighter meteorite on the Silver edition. Roman numerals and applied indexes are arranged with slight displacement to evoke an impact motif, and the small seconds indicator is positioned at six o’clock.

The watch is powered by the automatic Caliber GCA2011 movement with a 50-hour power reserve and visible through a sapphire caseback. Case proportions are approximately 39 mm by 41 mm with 100-metre water resistance. Each version is produced in a limited edition with numbered examples and is offered with strap options matching the dial theme.
