These M.A.D. Foods Fat Pouches Come in Two Varieties

These new M.A.D. Foods fat pouches have been announced as an upcoming product for consumers to incorporate into their pantry or even a camping backpack to maximize access to high-quality animal fats.

The products come in the form of the Aux Délices des Bois Beef Tallow and Cage-Free Duck Fat, which each come in four-ounce shelf-stable pouches. The Duck Fat has a rich, savory flavor with a high smoke point to work well for a variety of recipes, while the Beef Tallow prioritizes umami tasting notes and an even higher smoke point. The products have an 18-month shelf life.

The new M.A.D. Foods fat pouches will make their debut at the Expo West in Anaheim, California from March 4 to 6, 2026.
