MAC Cosmetics and Depop are Reintroducing Gen Z Shoppers to Lipstick

MAC Cosmetics and Depop, the community-powered circular fashion marketplace beloved by Gen Z, partnered to celebrate self-expression, the joy of thrifting, and MAC’s new Powder Kiss and MACximal Matte launches.

As part of this collaboration, media personalities Jordyn Woods and Leah Kateb curated 25 items from their personal wardrobes inspired by MAC’s Maxcimal Matte and Powder Kiss lipstick formulas. When Depop shoppers purchase from Woods’ and Kateb’s M·A·C X Depop Shop wardrobes, they get a MAC lipstick.

Additionally, Depop curated a dozen custom backgrounds inspired by the MAC lipsticks for its Outfits feature, and users who apply the backgrounds and share them on social media have the chance to win perks. Offline, the action continues, with MAC and Depop hosting a hotdog stand takeover at NYC's Union Square.
