Earlier this week we featured a number of futuristic dwellings, including Tree Pods and The Trilobis Floating Home. The Trilobis looked more like a boat from space. In this case, the Nackros Floating Villa is actually a luxurious pad with sweet architecture. Combine this with a lake setting and you've got yourself a reason to live on something that floats...
Implications - As the recession comes to an end, consumers are looking for ways to get in touch with the luxury they couldn't afford before. Items that contain a certain element of prestige are appealing to those who want to experience exclusivity once again. Companies could focus on this aspect of the elite in order to attract a greater number of shoppers.
