Clutter-Reducing Bike Lights

The Lumineer Light Integrates a Stem For Easier Use

When it comes to bike lights, you ideally want something that doesn't just light the path ahead of you but is also unobtrusive, compact and easy to use at all times. Most bike lights sadly tend to be rather cumbersome and can get in the way of a good ride, which is why UK-based product designer Anirudha Surabhi Venkata went about designing the Lumineer, a stem-integrated bike light.

This particular contraption is actually a handlebar stem that comes with a 300-lumen capacity water-resistant LED headlight that is built into its front end. The contraption's angle can be easily adjusted, and riders can switch it on or off by simply pressing down its lens. A removable and fully rechargeable lithium-ion battery takes care of the power.

The Lumineer bike light is truly an example of intelligent design that takes into account cyclists' needs.
