This Lightweight Helmet Offers Streamlined Lighting & Consummate Comfort

— July 17, 2023 — Tech
The year 2015 marked the advent of the original Lumos Kickstart bicycle helmet, with 2022 recognized for the introduction of a version of the helmet with its own lighting system, but what's clear is that Lumos is not content to rest on its laurels as it has now introduced a lightweight helmet that offers illumination capabilities without undue weight.

The 'Lumos Ultra Fly' is a more lightweight and stripped-down version of the standard 'Ultra' model. What's great about this particular helmet is that makes use of Lumos's 'Firefly' illumination system which makes use of a number of LED components that can be attached to various parts of the bike. However, the 'Ultra Fly' uses a magnetic port for the mounting of a Firefly system.

Weighing in at only 245 grams, this helmet offers 11 vents to prevent overheating, and has a flexible fit design that works well for wearers of all head sizes, shapes and hairdos.
