The London 2012 Festival Peace Camps Illuminate the Countryside

The Artichoke Creative Agency recently designed the London 2012 Festival Peace Gamps, setting for them to dot the London coastline from July 19th to the 22nd of this year.

2,000 illuminated tents will occupy eight sites all over the UK. Each campsite will hum with natural sounds of the seaside like wind and waves, as well as the pre-recorded sounds of spoken word and romantic poetry. Languages and traditions from past times are featured at these surely popular tourist attractions. Some of the locations include the Dunstanburgh Castle in England as well as the 18th century Fort Fiddes in Scotland. Visitors will be able to weave between these glowing mushroom cap-like tents, immersed in a cascading symphony of rhythm and music as well as a one-of-a-kind camping experience.

Hoping to invigorate interest in the landscapes that these tents are pitched at, these 'Peace Camps' look to celebrate history and peace.
