Taking us on a tour of his small, yet surprisingly spacious 420-square-foot apartment, Graham Hill explains how living with less can make you more happy. A miniscule living space can become as high-functioning as a mansion with the use of smart modifications and multi-purpose furniture designs.

Storage is a big issue in a small space and Graham Hill took that into consideration with floor-to-ceiling and wall-to-wall cabinets with a seamless design, as well as fold-away furniture that allows for larger spaces in smaller rooms.
