Studio McW Converts a Warehouse into a Space for Earthrise Studio
Live-work spaces are becoming increasingly popular in today's day and age when many are asking themselves about the future of work. This live-work space, which occupies an old shoe factory, is a great example. The site fulfills the office and living space needs of climate activists and filmmakers Jack Harries and Alive Aedy—also known as Earthrise Studio. The beautiful interior, which is light-filled and exudes contemporary sensibilities, was designed by London-based architecture firm Studio McW.
Studio McW undertook an approach that blended the existing textures and features of the warehouse with softer contemporary sensibilities.
