Caribou Coffee is introducing a new store concept called Caribou Cabins that will only accept drive-thru and walk-up orders from windows. The small-format coffee shop has no interior seating and the design of these "little blue cabin" stores will capture the essence of the brand's Northwoods feel.
Despite their small size, the Caribou Cabins will offer coffee lovers plenty of beverage choices, breakfast sandwiches and items from the bakery. These concept stores will also be the first places that Caribou Coffee fans will be able to find the brand's new Caribou Bou-sted beverages in Minnesota. The Caribou Cabin concept is also set to be introduced to Jordan, Burnsville, St. Peter, Big Lake, and Willmar, Minnesota.
