Linda McCartney, a UK-based vegan and vegetarian food brand, recently expanded its product line with the addition of the new southern-style vegan chicken and fishcakes. The new items are the perfect option to celebrate the upcoming holidays and can be purchased in the freezer aisle of your grocery store.
The southern-style chicken boasts a complex flavor profile made from soy and wheat protein to mimic the traditional texture of meat. In contrast, the fish-free fishcakes boast a high dose of protein, a low quantity of saturated fat, and are seasoned using lemongrass, lime, and chili.
The new vegan-friendly food options are currently available to purchase in Sainsbury and will launch in Tesco on October 13.
