Arper furniture and Venetian textile company Rubelli have joined forces to reimagine the Bowl Chair by architect Lina Bo Bardi. The original Bowl Chair was designed in 1951 by Bo Bardi, who then worked with Arper to manufacture the chair.
The limited-edition collection was designed in honor of Lina Bo Bardi, who recently received the Golden Lion for Lifetime Achievement award at the 17th Venice Architecture Biennale. The collection features 500 chairs, all of which come numbered and upholstered in signature Rubelli fabrics - Lollipop or Eureka. These two fabrics boast playful patterns, vibrant hues of orange and speak to Bo Bardi's vibrant aesthetic.
Both chairs come complete with circular orange cushions upholstered in Rubelli fabrics - Ralph and Nap.
