The Latest Oreo Flavor to be Released is 'Limeade Oreo'

Following its release of the Fruit Punch Oreo, the Mr.Christie cookie company is releasing yet another fruit juice-flavored cookie sandwich called Limeade Oreo.

The limited-edition flavor, along with its predecessor, is an oddity for the cookie brand because Oreo is usually full of rich and decadent flavorings like chocolate, chocolate mint and chocolate peanut butter. However, this fruit-driven cookie flavor is perfect for summer. Limeade is a refreshing and zesty beverage, so when turned into a creamy filling and paired with Oreo's vanilla cookie it acts as the perfect snack for the summer because it is lighter and not as dense as the original Oreo.

With all of these juice-inspired cookie flavors that are being released it seems as if Oreo is divorcing its long-term partner milk and moving on to fruit juice.
