Inhospitable Planet Posters

HR Macmillan Space Centre Shows Places 'Like Nothing on Earth'

Having humans land on another planet is likely not in the stars for this generation, but as these ads for the HR MacMillan Space Centre point out, it's probably just as well because the other planets are like nothing on Earth.

These posters show Venus, Jupiter and Neptune with road signs that "welcome" you to the planet. Although the signs put a positive spin on the harsh conditions of the planet, no human would want to set foot on a place with toxic fumes, or somewhere that will cook them alive or alternatively, freeze them to death. If you ever wanted to travel to these planets, those fantasies probably end here, but it's still fascinating to admire these planets from the safety of Earth.
