Ruby Tuesday’s Summer 2026 limited-time menu has just dropped and the flavors are bigger and bolder than ever before, with new entree options like the Light but Loaded Bowls, Signature Burgers, and more.

Ruby Tuesday's new summer menu is its biggest menu drop in years, with 14 new LTOs to choose from. Options range from the fresh ingredient-forward Light but Loaded Bowls, to trending flavors like Mike’s Hot Honey to Dubai chocolate. Standouts from the new menu include the Hawaiian Ahi Tuna Bowl, the Jalapeno Smashed Burger, Ruby’s Ultimate Potato Sampler, and the Dubai Chocolate Brownie Sundae. As Kevin FitzPatrick, Chief Marketing Officer at Ruby Tuesday, says of the new menu, "As guests continue looking for more choices when dining out, we wanted to create a menu that offers something for every occasion, from lighter lunches to indulgent dinners and shareable experiences with friends and family."
