bellagreen introduced a spring seasonal menu at its Texas fast-casual locations on March 10, featuring made-from-scratch, health-forward dishes with an emphasis on anti-inflammatory ingredients and added fiber. The debut includes Golden Glow options built around turmeric and other anti-inflammatory components, plus the return of a fan-favorite gluten-free mac & cheese that guests can now fully customize.

Available through May 31, the lineup highlights salad bowls, grain plates and warmed entrées designed to balance taste and nutrition. For diners, the menu delivers variety and personalization in a category leaning into functional wellness and ingredient-driven updates, making it easier to choose nutrient-forward meals during spring.
