The Blackhawk! "Warrior Wear" Series has recently added the Integrated Tourniquet System (I.T.S) clothing line. This outfit is ideal because it allows someone (even the wearer) to easily apply a tourniquet when every second counts.
Implications - Multitasking military has been around for decades, but what is new here is the extent to which military clothing can look like normal "everyday" clothes. This reflects a claim for more undercover work and intelligence operations, as terrorist and covert activities become a fear (imagined or not) of everyday life for many consumers.
