This LG Indoor Gardening System has been previewed ahead of CES 2020 as a new smart appliance for the home that aims to revolutionize urban food cultivation. The appliance features a refrigerator-like design that could be easily integrated into the existing space in kitchens and offers ample space within for growing all-in-one seed packages. This would allow users to grow up to 24 items at a time to keep fresh herbs, greens and more on hand for quick meal preparation.
The LG Indoor Gardening System was boasted by President of LG Electronics Home Appliance & Air Solution Company Dan Song who said, "Our first indoor gardening solution represents a new paradigm for LG in home appliances, offering a way for consumers to eat well while providing the joy of growing their own food, consistent with LG’s overall goal of making life better."
