The tool uses anonymous ratings from people who've worked at various companies to show how they score on key metrics related to workplace culture.
Every company on the Leveled platform is scored in three categories at the highest level: Diversity, Work-Life Balance, and Leadership. By clicking into a company, users can drill farther down into specifics like LGBT friendliness, employee development, fair promotions, and several other options, all of which are rated on sliders from one to ten.
