'Astro' recently launched a wirelessly controlled LED Light bulb that is equipped with a set of high-quality speakers. The new device is called 'Twist' and it can be screwed into any existing lamp fixture.
The LED light bulb is controlled by a dimmer, which will automatically alternate between white and yellow light depending on the time of day, the season, the location and the weather. The light bulbs only consume 8 to 10 watts, making them far more efficient than generic 60-watt bulbs. Not only is Twist a useful source of light, it also operates as a home sound system. The light bulbs features built-in speakers that can be connected to your mobile devices via Airplay. Once linked to your devices, you can then set the speakers to sync across all the rooms in your home for a seamless sound system.
