Le Labo SHIU 25 Pays Tribute to Beijing's Historic He Yuan Lab

Le Labo SHIU 25 fragrance joins the brand's City Exclusive Collection as a scent inspired by Beijing and its restored He Yuan Lab, a historic Siheyuan courtyard at Wang Fu Central. Built around the serene Shiu note derived from the Ho tree, the composition layers powdery iris and olibanum over a warm woody base to evoke balance and quiet reflection. The fragrance draws from the atmosphere of the courtyard, blending traditional craftsmanship with contemplative design through a restrained, nature-inspired scent profile.

Presented in Le Labo's signature apothecary-style glass bottle with a personalized typewriter label, SHIU 25 is accompanied by raw wooden display packaging that reflects the brand's wabi-sabi aesthetic. The fragrance remains available year-round exclusively at the Beijing He Yuan Lab, while discovery sizes launch globally on August 1, 2026, followed by full-sized bottles offered worldwide from September 1 to September 30 as part of Le Labo's annual City Exclusive event.
