A man going by the name of J.D. California has written a sequel to the infamous novel by J.D. Salinger called “The Catcher in the Rye.”
The rip-off sequel, “60 Years Later: Coming Through the Rye,” is published by a Swedish company and tells the story of Holden Caulfield as an old man.
J.D. Salinger, the original creator of the fictional character Holden Caulfield, has lawyers filing suit in federal court this week to stop the publication.
