The reconstruction of everyday objects such as lamps is a constancy in the world, but making human lamp art is whole different hurdle.
The Embarakiya are human-sized lamps from Al-Hamad Design. The human lamps are outfitted with traditional Kuwaiti wardrobes, but also with a not so traditional lamp shade head-piece. The light settings on the lamps are adjusted through the hands of fleshy lamps. To turn off these light stands one must shake the lamp's hands. The male lamps also have a built-in torso to add some extra flair into the mix.
With so many weird things a person can put into a room, one should definitely look into outfitting their living quarters with these larger than life lamps.
