The Fiery Red Lamborghini Veneno Roadster Takes Cues from Bulls

In celebration of its 50th anniversary, Lamborghini recently announced the Lamborghini Veneno Roadster, a supercar that is designed after the Aventador without the roof.

The Lamborghini Veneno Roadster takes its name from a bull that killed a matador in 1914, which is just a hint at what kind of power this vehicle has. This mighty Lambo boasts a 740bhp 6.5-litre V12 engine and is capable of going zero to 62 mph in just 2.9 seconds and reaching a top speed of 220 mph.

Like the color raging bulls are attracted to, the Veneno has a striking carbon fibre body in an exclusive 'Rosso Veneno' color, although if you choose to purchase one of these stunning supercars for $4.5 million, other colors can be specified -- however, Lamborghini is only planning to manufacture nine of these vehicles.
