The Lady Van Vorst photo series shows a woman enamored with herself, enough to lay a big one on what appears to be her doppelganger. By the looks of one of model Lola Van Vorst's last photo shoots, appropriately titled Woman, she seems to fancy female companionship.
Shot by fashion photographer James Broadhurst, the Lady Van Vorst photo series is not as risque as the model's previous editorial. By "striving for a balance between Marylin Monroe and Bettie Page," says Broadhurst, the photoshoot maintains a level of elegance that almost outweighs the sensuality of each image. Nevertheless, the sexy lingerie pieces does manage to keep Van Vorst in a sultry state of mind.
