Last fall, we wrote about La Prairie's $1,000 moisturizer, and they've followed it up with La Prairie Skin Caviar Crystalline Concentrate for spring. At $375, the serum is a tad more affordable than last summer's moisturizer, but it clearly defies the recession.

What's in a $375 skin serum? According to Luxist, La Prairie's Skin Caviar Crystalline Concentrate features diamond, mica and quartz crystals for shinner, as well as amino acids, plant extracts, peptides, caviar extracts, and La Prairie's own Cellular Complex. The serum promises to add shimmer and restore luminosity.
