Famous Israeli chef Guy Peretz is recent opened a new kosher seafood restaurant in Tel Aviv. While the famous chef already runs several restaurants and hotels in Israel, they are all located in the south. Now fans of Peretz have an opportunity to sample his gourmet fare at his first Tel Aviv location.
'Agistari' is a kosher seafood restaurant located in the north of Tel Aviv. The restaurant can seat 80 diners inside, with a private room available for 12 and a covered terrace that accommodates up to 30. The menu consists of Mediterranean fare and all of the seafood served is kosher. This means that dishes such as shrimp, lobster and crab are not available to diners. In addition, the restaurant also serves dairy-based items for a unique twist on traditional seafood fare.
