Japanese video game developers KONAMI have confirmed the upcoming Coppa eFootball Italia tournament, an esports event that features seven Italian football teams. The seven football teams competing in Coppa eFootball Italia are SS Lazio, SSC Napoli, FC Internazionale Milano, AC Milan, AC Monza, and AS Roma. Three distinct athletes will represent each club: members of the youth teams who have been chosen, esports pros, and fans who have qualified through the KONAMICI qualifying event.
The winner of the competition will receive a grand prize that includes an eFootball multi-media and gaming center, among other perks. The esports series will be documented through the Coppa eFootball Italia YouTube series. The club's representative squads will be qualified and chosen in stages between December 2022 and April 2023, and the corresponding tournament will follow.
