Eccentric patterns and swelling silhouettes are in no shortage with the Kenzo Resort 2013 collection. These duds are not for the faint at heart and require some badass confidence to rock off the runway.

There are some eye-catching twists to classic cuts in this clash-heavy series. Remember those convertible zip-away pants that turn into shorts? Kenzo has managed to create a jacket that does exactly that with a series of zippers and ties -- oddly enough, it's quite stylish unlike its fashion faux-pas counterpart. While other designers are turning to streamlined silhouettes, Kenzo has exaggerated the peplum and tulip skirt into full-blown creations. To avoid looking shapeless and overwhelmed, the jackets and dresses have been cinched and tailored impeccably.

The most playful piece in the Kenzo Resort 2013 collection would have to go to the dresses with pint-sized kitties spelling out the marque's name -- too cute if you ask me.
