Kebab Festival at Colonel Saab celebrates the long history of kebabs in Indian cuisine with an extensive menu served at the Trafalgar Square restaurant. Running from August 20 to September 19, the experience features dishes including Malai Lobster with coconut milk, Galouti Kebab, Beef Pepper Fry, Shikandari Raan, Peshwari Chapli Kebab, Banno Kebab and Shabnami Chicken.
The menu also includes Dakshin Fish Cake, Mushroom Galouti, Nadre Ke Churme, Sabudana & Aloo Tikka Chaat and Awadhi Dhufhiya Paneer Kebab, spanning meat, seafood and vegetarian preparations. The festival is available from 12 to 3pm, Monday through Saturday, with desserts including almond rice pudding and bread and butter pudding.
The experience takes place at Colonel Saab, an opulent Indian restaurant in Trafalgar Square that has attracted celebrity guests including Jennifer Coolidge, Jackie Chan and Reese Witherspoon. The menu traces the evolution of kebabs as a staple of Indian cuisine while presenting the dishes within a contemporary dining setting.
