The new Jugnoo software offers a help desk software that "ensures immediate responses," with the purpose of creating more customer satisfaction.
By allowing for more prompt and customer-specific answers to the various inquiries that customers have of B2B companies, Jugnoo's Fugu software is able to expand businesses' ability to grow.
