In Jonathan Kambouris 'Beer Garden' series, crushed cans are the perfect form of art for the beer lover. The Brooklyn-based artist has photographed an array of beer brands from countries across the world, including Japan, USA, Netherlands and Israel to name a few.
Kambouris took festival-found crushed beer cans and transformed them into art. By just using a simple white backdrop the beaten up cans provide an interesting series of photographs.
The project provides a great excuse to drink more beer, while providing a green-friendly alternative to cans forgotten on the ground. Perhaps crushing a can of beer on your head isn't so crazy, as long as you transform this act into an opportunity for capturing enticing art pieces.
