Dainty 1970s Fashion Campaigns

The Jill Stuart Fall/Winter 2014/2015 Photoshoot is Girly

The Jill Stuart Fall/Winter 2014/2015 campaign makes use of a dainty aesthetic. Model Emma Waldo is at the center of the production which was taken in an empty studio-like space, showcasing little aside from the apparel and simplistic furniture.

Youthful, girly elements abound this Jill Stuart collection. On top of the pale rose and cream background, the advertisements turn viewers on to ruffled cocktail dresses, frilly translucent skirts and thin wrap dresses.

Footwear further contributed to the delicate appeal of this couture production. Thick off white straps updated the classic ballerina slipper with a chunky pointed heel, reinterpreting the look in a modern sense. At the same time, black bands were paired with strips of gold via stilettos, again playing up on femininity.
