Eco-Friendly Sleek Office Furniture

Jenny Nordberg and Soeco Join on Refurbished Office Furniture

Swedish designer Jenny Nordberg works together with a local company Soeco to create a collection of furniture showcased at the Stockholm Furniture Fair recently. All of the designs are made from used parts that would otherwise be very challenging to go through the recycling phase.

The two refurbish used office furniture for the second-hand market as a sustainable and stylish option. The designs include a conference table, modular seating units, a linear pendant light, and a cabinet. The collection is currently being exhibited as an installation dubbed the Executive. Notably, Soeco is taking orders from customers with plans to mass-produce some of the pieces. Nordberg noted to Dezeen, "You can order everything and it's reasonable in price."
